Director Demand Planning

Mike Cox of Robert Half is delighted to be partnered with a high growth company in Los Angeles with their recruitment of a Director - Demand and Supply Planning. My client has continued to scale over the last 3 years as they continue to innovate and expand their customers/client base.They are looking for a dynamic professional with a breadth of experience in Demand Planning/Supply Chain/Operations. Ideally coming from a growth company in the industry of personal consumer goods. Responsibilities:Focus on company's long-range planning, forecasting and inventory management processes.Partner with all business departments: Acquisition, Finance, Marketing teamsReview analyzed data, forecasts, and plans.Oversee total company inventory ownership to ensure adequate volume/inventory levels and identify inventory needs based on demand forecast.Procurement and SourcingQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5 or more years of Supply Chain experience: Supply & Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Optimization or Procurement Material Planning, Scheduling and MRP/ERP experience (i.e. Oracle strongly preferred)Ability to work with others and lead othersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Strong Excel Skills, Word, Powerpoint) and OracleAPICS certification a plusAbility to manage tight deadlinesSalary/BenefitsBase Salary in the range of $125-150K + Bonus + Excellent benefitsMainly remote with 1 day a week in office expectation in Los Angeles, CA.Candidates need to be a SoCal resident.
