Our client is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant for their New York City office. This position will provide personalized concierge and lifestyle management services to a high-net-worth individual and their family. You will be responsible for researching and executing a variety of topics and projects to ensure a seamless and enjoyable lifestyle experience. This individual will be reliable, detail-oriented, creative, and has relevant work experience in lifestyle and travel management.Job Details Hours: 9-6pm plus OT as needed. Must have a 24/7 mentalityHybrid work schedule: In the office 3 -4 times a week. Sometimes can be fully remote when Exec is travelling or during the portion of the summer when the Exec is away. Can also be 5 days a week in the office if the Exec needs to come in 5 days a week.Salary: 80k - 140k base plus Bonus EligiblePosition: Executive Personal Assistant ResponsibilitiesProvide 24/7 concierge service and availability, including weekends and holidays Manage travel logistics including booking flights, transportation, and accommodations in addition to researching and creating travel itinerariesStay up to date on hospitality trends to execute prime reservations and provide recommendationsCoordinate with other staff members, including the Principal's Executive Assistant on any household and/or personal projectsManage social events throughout the year from cocktails to holiday partiesSchedule personal appointments and run errandsQualifications2+ years of experience working as an Executive Personal Assistant for high-net-worth individuals and/or families24/7 concierge service experience requiredLives in the New York City areaAvailable to travel locally as neededExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skills with outstanding attention to detail and accuracyFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentMaintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with confidential mattersCan remain calm under pressure and urgent situationsKeeps up with industry trends in the city within hospitality: restaurants, events, etc.
