The Client Services Coordinator provides administrative and sales support to senior leaders, and services our members with remarkable customer service.Responsibilities of the Client Services Coordinator:Develops a thorough knowledge and understanding of our membershipWorks with a senior leader and other team staff to help create and track contracts for new and renewing partnersSupport the team by helping to track deliverables for contracted partnership agreements.Actively manages an inventory of contractual obligations that can be shared with cross-functional team members (content, marketing, events, logistics teams) for execution and maintains events calendarCommunicates with speakers events to obtain speaker agreements, head shots, bios, etc. from those speakers in a manner that shows respect for the speaker. Schedules pre-event calls with speakers and tracks responsesManages and collects marketing information and registration forms for select in-person and virtual eventsAssists in developing partner sponsorship presentations, outlines, and partner briefing materials for the teamAttends meetings with Partners along with senior team membersProvides event management supportQualifications of the Client Services Coordinator:Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or universityOne to two years+ of practical experience in customer service and administrationPrevious experience interacting with C-suite executives and directorsVery strong attention to detail and attentivenessAbility to follow instructions and work independently to carry out assigned dutiesAbility to organize and handle a variety of tasksIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and AccessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsShows initiative and excellent attention to detailAbility for light travel to conferences and meetingsArlington, VA$50-55k + BenefitsFull-Time, Onsite
