Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Immigration Attorney with a J.D. degree, law license and Immigration law experience. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for the following:Represent clients in various immigration petitions.Communicate with clients, employees, and others to answer legal questions, or explain information.Advise clients during the consultation and throughout the case regarding immigration law matters.Prepare applications for citizenship, permanent residence, work visas and a variety of immigration related filings.Interpret law and provides advice on employment-based, family-based immigration issues and removal matters.Draft motions, waivers, applications, request for evidence replies, and appeals to USCIS, EOIR and BIA.Attend USCIS interviews, ICE appointments, immigration court or federal court hearings.Supervise paralegals working on cases and devise case strategy, provide guidance to paralegals, review paralegal work on forms and throughout the case. Ensure paralegals perform with detail and accuracy.Achieve a high success rate for full caseloads, including submission of complex RFE and NOID responses.Maintain accurate record keeping of all customer files and ensures compliance.Perform all other duties as assigned.QualificationsMust relocate to Atlanta, GA area (this is not a remote position)Law license in a U.S. stateMinimum 5 years in-depth immigration law experience
