Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for a Temporary Office Manager to assist their team!This assignment will start in the new year and last about 6 months. Hours: 9am - 6pmLocation: Meatpacking District Fully onsite Responsibilities: Sit at the front desk and greet guestsAnswer phones and take messagesSchedule meetings and manage calendarsMaintain office inventory and restock pantriesSet up meetings and conference roomsHandle incoming deliveries and distribution of mailOrder office lunchesSubmit building maintenance requestsAssist with printing, scanning, and copyingAct as a back up to other adminsAd hoc projects as neededQualifications: Self-starter who requires little directionFamiliarity with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook is preferredExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work alongside a team as well as independentlyPlease submit your resume in Word format for immediate consideration.You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
