We are working with a publicly traded Company that is looking for a real estate attorney with mid-level experienceThe Attorney is a key member of the Real Estate team for this Company and the main legal advisor for the operations staff. The Counsel will work closely with outside counsel and interact frequently with counsel for landlords.Responsibilities:Drafting and negotiating real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements and lease agreementsProviding legal advice to Real Estate, Asset Management and Construction teams on real estate matters, including condemnations, construction and environmental mattersDeveloping training materials and conducting training of franchise and real estate personnelManage and oversee outside counsel with respect to franchising and real estate litigation.Providing franchise compliance legal advice, including drafting default and termination notices, drafting and negotiating workout agreements, temporary licensing agreements and attending to other related enforcement mattersQualifications & Skills: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school requiredLicensed to practice law in Florida or another stateKnowledge of real estate law (transactions as well as commercial leasing) required3-10 years of legal experience, with law firm experience requiredTransactional experience with strong drafting and negotiating skillsStrong communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-tasking environment with high-volume workloadIf interested, please contact my office at 305-556-8882 ext. 1 or email at david@
