Meet Your Reformer:A new and exciting brand, delivering the reformer pilates studio experience to clients in their homes, as well as commercial installs. Your role as the Logistics Manager is integral to ensuring the smooth flow of resources by overseeing the routing, and delivering or posting of reformers and small merchandise items. You will lead the team in the process of unpacking and packing of reformer beds onto delivery trucks, ensuring you have all items for each delivery and confirming delivery schedule. You will then ensure Your Reformer clients receive their goods as per our "˜valet service' promise. You will also coordinator the picking and packing and sending of small merchandise items to customers. Another important element to your role will be to source and manage best transport partners for cost savings and best end customer experience.You will need to have a great way with people, and excellent customer service skills to uphold our company brand and values. A positive, proactive attitude is a must, and efficiency with an eye for detail will be rewarded. Key Responsibilities:Handling the movement and storage of product Assist with stocktake and reporting then liaise with Inventory & Logistics Operations to predicting how much inventory is needed and when it will be neededWork closely with Amazon account manager to support facilitation of stock requirements to Amazon warehouse distribution centres as well as fulfilling these orders. Possessing interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills Having attention to detail and being able to multitask Being computer literate Having knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations across USACoordinate logistics movements including inbound, outbound and warehousing to support the operational needs of the businessAdvocating and ensuring safety compliance in all aspects of our transport operationsSourcing and managing 3rd party warehouse partnerships.Sourcing and managing best transport partners for cost savings and best end customer experience.Working closely with operations team to finalise implementation of all customer communications with transport partners and internal warehouse practices.Sourcing and managing waste management to ensure safe and cost effective strategies for removal of all waste. Leading recruitment of delivery team and overseeing on boarding, assisting delivery lead where possibleCareful pre-packing, loading, and unloading of productsLeading a team for picking and packing and deliveries Prepare warehouse for delivery runs each morningComply with laws, regulations and OHS requirementsMaintenance on beds when applicable and managing maintenance registerLiaising with customers to confirm delivery runsEffectively manage and schedule resources to meet dispatch commitments Support training new team membersData entry into warehouse management systemsOngoing Waste managementPacking and shipping ordersDelivery of stock to our other business locations when requiredMaintains a clean well-merchandised warehouseUndertake project work as assignedAbout your Skill-Set & ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience in logistics/supply chain Strong Microsoft suite skillsA hands-on leader with clear communication and directionStrong sense of urgencyExceptional time management skills and attention to detailStrong analytical skillsThe ability to think on your feetCar licence with clean driving record Experience in freighting bulk items a plusForklift licence advantageousHigh level of professionalismIf you think this opportunity sounds like the right fit for you, please apply here or email us at careers@.au
