In-House Recruiter & Marketing Manager Busy agency seeks an In-House RECRUITER to partner with the CEO in expansion of the company.Your focus will be in-house recruiting for a rapidly growing agency.This includes intense focus on hiring leaders --in marketing, research, and administrative support.This will include hiring recruiters.While Los Angeles will be the first focus, recruiting may expand to additional cities. Our office is in West LA right next to Century City. The LA office currently has about 15 employees.RESPONSIBILITIESPlacing ads on relevant sites; going into job websites and proactively calling and bringing in top candidates.Working on branding & new website to cater to target recruits and the new sister company you will be in charge of.Need someone A type, highly driven, high energy, gets things DONE!A College degree is required as is someone who enjoys working hard & achieving results.Ideally we'd like to hire someone as a leader to oversee the staff at high levels, and assist with both Recruiting, Marketing & managing.Goals include adding manager levels for every current division which includes:1) Legal Research Division;2) Marketing Division;3) Email Blast Campaign & Marketing Division;4) Administrative & Executive Division;5) Controller & FinanceAll areas above need to be built out with high level candidates.Ability to read through resumes quickly is key. Top interviewing & listening skills. Able to sell the company -with top intuitive skills to understand the needs & roles, & applying them to the candidates being screened.QUALIFICATIONSPrefer a College degree from a 4 year universityJD candidates also a plusRecruiting &/or Sales experience a plusA recruiter with proven experience in the legal industry or any other as long as you can show you are excellent at recruiting, think quicker than most, and deliver/have built up an office or companyStable Work History - someone who sticks with jobs (whatever they are) & a history of working through problems v. picking up and leaving when the going gets roughWe are open to hourly or a manager level role.Compensation depends on experience - $60,000 -$150,000 (Salary)Please email a formal resume to amy@ with a cover letter
