Our clients range from mid-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies across the U.S.We are looking for a Logistics / Operations Manager to join our team and support the General Manager. The ideal candidate will help streamline logistics and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costsCoordinate with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveryNegotiate contracts and rates with transportation vendors to optimize costs and service.Monitor performance data and transportation metrics to identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with customs regulations and import/export requirementsCreate contingency plans to address transportation disruptions and minimize risksQualifications:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in logistics management with a proven track recordStrong knowledge of international transportation (air, ocean, ground)Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skillsInterest in IT industry processes is a plusProficiency in English and Chinese is a plusLocation:This position is based in Chino, CA, and requires the candidate to be on-site
