Lauderdale, FloridaJob Description:Our client is seeking a Parts Manager who will be responsible for running a profitable and efficient parts department. He/she will accomplish objectives using proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising. The Parts Manager must be a profit producer and will work with the service team to optimize mechanic efficiency.Responsibilities:Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.Conduct meetings with parts department employees to discuss activities and problems of mutual interest and to develop strategies for a more efficient operation.Attend managers' meetings.Excellent supervisory, training, and coaching skills.Compensation & Benefits:Base: $83k Company Performance Bonus (monthly) - every employee receives a monthly incentive based on the volume/company performanceThis position is eligible after 90 days of employmentYearly Reviews & Annual Bonus OpportunityCompany pays for 50% of health insurance, 100% short-term disability, and long-term disability.
