Senior Litigation Counsel

The Ford Agency has partnered with a successful legal and policy team in the search for an experienced Litigation Attorney for their Washington, D.C. office. This role will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most impactful attorneys in D.C. and contribute to meaningful efforts to drive regulatory progress.Responsibilities includeServe as regulatory advisor and litigation counselCollaborate with other counsel on litigation strategiesDraft briefs and advocacy focused content for various platformsConduct in-depth case and regulatory research for casesQualifications Include:4+ years litigation experienceJ.D. degree and active bar membership in any US jurisdictionFederal clerkship preferredExceptional research and writing skills with experience writing briefsExperience with regulatory laws affecting federal agencies and constitutional lawCandidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.The Ford Agency is a recruiting firm based in Washington, DC.
