Must have proven track record in building relationships with "C" level marketing executives. RadioActive Media,Inc, takes pride in its work-life balance, where employees have a great work environment, have fun, and are rewarded for their successes.Here's what you'll do:Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectivesIdentify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networkingBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businessLead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including conducting sales presentations and negotiationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for clientsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business risks and opportunitiesUtilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer informationCreate custom media plans using media planning softwarePrepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market analysisYour experience:MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in radio and podcast advertisingBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)Must have strong experience in cold calling and pitching/presenting to new prospective clientsProven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the software or technology industryStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on driving revenue growthDemonstrated proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activitiesExceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levelsStrong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex dealsAbility to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunitiesFamiliarity of media planning (and applications), industry and measurement terminology.Be a BIG FAN and listener of Radio and PodcastsBe Extremely Creative and have a working knowledge and ability to write effective copy for radio and podcastBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shift, Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Bonus opportunitiesYearly bonusRequirements:Bachelor's degreePodcast or radio sales: 3 yearsAbility to commute to Orange, CA 92868Work Location: Hybrid/remote in Orange, CA 92868
