Judge Direct Placement is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor outside of Atlanta, GA area!Responsibilities:Manage the projecting maintenance programPlan routine maintenance schedule and follow up on all problems to develop solutionsMaximize available run timeMonitor and repair breakdownsKeep upper management informed of issues that affect performanceEnsure all safety devices are properly installedEnsure all parts and equipment remain at approved levelsResponsible for supervising employeesAdjust work schedule to meet production requirementsEnsure all company, state, and federal requirements for food safety are metSupervise, train and develop subordinatesRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years related experienceGeneral knowledge of computerized maintenance management systemsKnowledge of food plant production and processing equipmentKnowledge of EPA regulations USDA and sanitation standardsPrevious supervisor experienceBasic computer skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic mathematical and problem solving skills
