Apparel Sales Assistant

Job DescriptionReporting to the Vice President of sales for Brooklyn Cloth, this position will assist and support the sales team with all aspects of account management including gathering and organizing selling and financial reports, preparing and inputting orders and ensuring accuracy of product and sales information.Job Responsibilities:Assist in servicing and managing major accounts alongside the VP of Sales Prepare samples and ensure showroom is neat and meeting readyOrganize line sheets, cads, sales reports, etcNote take in meeting and provide full recap post meeting Liaison between our Sales, Design, and Production teams to communicate program detailsReply to buyer emails promptly re: orders, shipping, etc Create buy sheets and style request forms (S.C.R.F's)Reconcile confirmed orders against bulk orders (EDI and NON EDI)Qualifications· Basic retail math skills · 1-2 years sales experience in Apparel, Accessories, or Footwear· ERP / software systems savy; Exenta experience a plus· Basic to Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, vlook ups, pivot tables)· Strong written and oral communication skills· Ability to pivot from one task to another· Results oriented and self starterAbout Icer BrandsI ntegrity, C ustomer, E xcellence and R espect - ICER is a leading apparel marketer, manufacturer, and multi-tier distributor with a focus on young men's, women's, and kids trend-driven fashion.
