Our team has worked on hundreds of M&A and capital raising transactions.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our team in New York, NY. This is a full-time on-site role where you will work alongside senior bankers on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, IPO advisory and other investment banking related activities in the US and the UK.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field from an accredited institutionMinimum of 3 years of prior experience in investment banking, private equity / credit, insurance-focused corporate development, or 1 year of experience in a related field and an MBAStrong analytical skills and attention to detailEagerness to learn and ability to work as part of a teamStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, S&P Capital IQ and other financial software
