Printemps New York is opening a dynamic, new concept store in the Financial District. These are the ethos of our 160 year heritage experience we wish to incorporate in our first location in the US!We are seeking team members to help create a welcoming, enjoyable, inclusive environment where they can share the story telling with clients, from discovery of beautiful product curation to beauty, wellness/services, and to Food & Beverage.Our community of sales professionals and retail team are the most important assets of Printemps, and we are seeking team members to cultivate an incredible culture and amazing experience for our wonderful clients.Key Responsibilities :Sales & Client Relations:Meet and exceed sales goals through personalized service, appointments, and strong client engagement.Use selling techniques (upselling, cross-selling) to maximize sales opportunities.Build and maintain client relationships, keeping them informed of new collections and events.Product Knowledge & Brand Representation:Stay up-to-date on product offerings and the Printemps brand narrative to provide accurate and inspiring information.Inventory & Stock Management:Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring products are available on the sales floor.Organize stockrooms and place orders to maintain inventory levels.Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance:Help maintain visual merchandising standards and a clean, inviting sales floor.Assist with basic store opening and closing tasks.Team Collaboration & Company Policies:Support team efforts and adhere to company policies, including loss prevention and safety protocols.Required Skills/Abilities:3+ years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience in the luxury environment. Strong communication and customer service skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
