DescriptionAnatol Equipment Manufacturing Co. is a growing, international company that manufactures cutting-edge equipment for the textile screen printing industry. We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team of well-established Regional Sales Managers. As an executive leader at Anatol Equipment, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering a culture of excellence, and developing future sales leaders within our organization. RequirementsWe are looking for a dynamic sales professional with experience in large ticket (average $70,000) and long sales cycle (average 3-5 months) consultive selling. The ideal candidate will have experience in training, developing, and leading a sales team of at least 10 sales professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire domestic sales operations of Anatol Equipment managing all aspects of the sales process, budgets, and sales team members to deliver revenue. Experience with capital equipment sales in a B2B environment is a plus, but is not a requirement. This position will be in-office Monday-Friday at our U.S. headquarters located in Waukegan, Illinois.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and meet company objectives for our U.S. sales teamLead our U.S. sales team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance on an individual and team basisRegularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations and adjustmentsEnsure that company quotas are met by holding weekly check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor individual and team progressEvaluate the sales team's pipelines by focusing on key metrics to ensure consistent progress through the sales funnel with limited leakage and a balanced distribution of opportunities across all stages in order to maintain a healthy pipeline. Track and monitor sales activities and KPI's to ensure each member of the sales team is achieving territory penetration plansQualificationsProven success and strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniquesAt least five years of experience managing people, including onboarding, developing, motivating, and coaching sales professionals to achieve their highest performanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members, customers, and all internal teamsAbility to collect and analyze data in order to develop trends, insights, and gaps that will drive continuous improvement in the sales processProficiency in CRM software and other sales toolsFormal sales training is a plus, specifically familiarity with both the Challenger sales methodology and the SPIN sales modelExceptional project management skills, adept at juggling multiple complex projectsFour-year college degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldCompensation& Benefits PackageBase salary starting at $125,000 Potential for additional commission / bonus structure Health insurance with an employer contribution Simple IRA with employer match up to 3%Generous paid time off in addition to 11 paid holidays per calendar yearApply through LinkedIn or by emailing your resume to Kelsey at Kelsey.Tover@
