Because honestly, why should retail be boring?As the Retail Excellence Manager, you will drive operational excellence, optimize store performance, and enhance customer experiences across locations. Focused on improving sales and satisfaction, you'll implement best practices in retail operations while collaborating with senior management to align with the brand's global strategy and company objectives.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and guide store managers and teams to foster a positive, customer-first culture while leading recruitment, onboarding, and training to enhance service excellence and ensure consistent team development across locations.Sales and Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and execute customer-first initiatives that align with brand values, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and floor performance, ensuring compliance with standards and implementing best practices for process optimization and efficiency.Performance Monitoring: Analyze key store metrics such as sales, customer feedback, and team performance to identify improvement opportunities, then develop action plans to meet and exceed KPIs related to sales and service excellence.Global Retail Strategy Execution: Lead the implementation of tm:rw's global retail strategy, ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience across locations while adapting to local market needs and aligning with brand vision.Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Introduce innovative retail concepts and improvements in the customer journey, continually refining store operations to maintain best-in-class standards and enhance customer engagement.Requirements and Preferences:5+ years in retail management with a proven record in operational improvements and customer experience across multiple locations.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teams to achieve excellence in service and sales.Exceptional customer focus, with a knack for building strong relationships and maintaining high customer satisfaction.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior management and teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment, managing multiple locations and balancing priorities.Passion for innovation and continuously improving the retail experience to drive customer engagement and sales.Other Details: Job Title: Retail Excellence ManagerLocation: Time Square, New York CityStart: MarchSalary: 65K - 80K/year (DOE)Job Hours: Full-Time
