Inside Sales Representative

General Shale, Inc., the nation's leading brick and masonry materials manufacturer, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Piedmont, SC facility. The successful candidate must acquire an in-depth knowledge of General Shale products and interact professionally with customers in a fast-paced sales environment.Responsibilities will include:Inside salesPerformance of yard operations and loading/unloading trucks via forkliftDispatching trucks (a plus)InvoicingAnswering the phoneData entry in SAP computer systemCash salesLiaising with outside sales teamManual handling of productPrepping material for deliveriesJob Requirements:2-5 years customer service experience; inside sales experienceAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related curriculum preferredMust be a self-starter who possesses excellent PC skills; knowledge of SAP a plusAbility to operate a Hi-Lo/forkliftStrong communication skills, including both written and verbal communicationsGeneral Shale Brick offers a comprehensive benefits package, including, but not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance and Vacation plans.
