The firm offers the resources of a large firm and the culture and collegiality of a boutique law firm.Locations available include: Boston, MA, New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, Princeton, NJ, Minneapolis, MN, Palm Beach, FL, and Washington, DCResponsibilities:Draft and submit patent applications.Lead inventor meetings and develop patent strategies.Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of experience in patent application drafting and prosecution.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated communication skills- verbal and written with focus on building strong client relationships with integrity.Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Undergraduate or advanced degrees (MS or PhD) in computer science and life sciences (chemistry or biology) are required. Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.USTPO registration.Must be licensed in the State that you would like to work in.Compensation: $175K plus, commensurate with experience.
