We have been engaged by a recently funded Series B Cybersecurity Client in San Francisco looking to hire a VP of Sales.As VP of Sales, you'll develop and execute sales strategies to fuel our growth. Leading a high-performing team, you'll drive revenue from new business and strategic partnerships, working closely with the executive team to align sales with overall business goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team.Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy to meet growth targets.Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with enterprise clients.Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment.Manage pipeline and revenue forecasts, ensuring consistent growth.Represent the company at industry events to build brand credibility.What We're Looking For:Proven sales leadership experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or application security.Strong track record in scaling sales teams during Series B or high-growth phases.Expertise in the application security space and B2B sales strategies.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and growth.
