Client: Media/Advertising Organization Role: Talent Acquisition Manager Salary: $100,000 - $110,000/annually + Benefits & Company PerksLocation: Manhattan, NY - (Union Square Area)About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across all departments, including creative, media, strategy, and technology. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong relationships with top talent in the advertising and media industry. Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including but not limited to: Job posting on relevant job boards and platformsNetworking and attending industry eventsUtilizing social media and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn)Building and maintaining a strong employer brandScreen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify qualified candidatesSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managersConduct thorough background checks and reference checksManage the entire offer process, including salary negotiations and onboardingTrack and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire)Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionDevelop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in a competitive marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidatesRepresent the company at industry events and career fairsQualifications:5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on the advertising/media industryProven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talentExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Passion for the advertising/media industryBonus Points:Experience with recruiting for creative roles (e.g., art directors, copywriters)Experience with diversity and inclusion initiativesExperience with employer branding and social media recruiting
