Only apply if you have paid PERFORMANCE MARKETINGexperience managing at least $50K across Paid Social channelsRole:We are looking for a new team member with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Paid Media/Acquisition Marketing/Growth Marketing. This team member will be responsible for executing the customer acquisition strategies, as well as optimizations across paid media channels.This candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Facebook Ads manager and running TikTok ads, optimizing towards CPA and/or ROAS targets.Requirements:3-5 years experience in data-driven marketing, performance marketingHands-on experience managing & executing Facebook campaigns (TikTok is a plus)General Knowledge of Google AdsUnderstanding of basic performance marketing optimizationsWorking knowledge of digital conversion rates and optimization methods such as A/B and multivariate testingExperience leveraging Google Analytics or other platforms to analyze site analytics & user behaviorComfortable with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formula Creation)Advanced analytical and data interpretation skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skillsClient facing experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionA Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics preferredResponsibilities:Develop & update daily, weekly, and monthly reports/presentations for each clientLaunch, manage & optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok. (Google & Bing are a plus)Launch A/B & multivariate tests across creatives, landing pages, audiences, optimization strategies, etc.Partner with the Sr. team to own the end-to-end development of strategy & executionProvide the Sr. team with your strategy & recommendationsCore competencies:Ensure quality work with the customer focus in mind.
