Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Marketing Consultant Professional to join their team! This position is located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.Duties:Set and deliver a strategy of digital testing opportunities to drive growth, increase revenue, reduce support costs, and improve the digital experience for customersDrive cross functional collaboration through the testing and optimization process from ideation through creative development, site deployment, results reporting and executive readoutsEnsure tight linkage across business owners to coordinate testing with site enhancements and maintain alignment with the broader digital strategyBuild highly effective and mutually-rewarding relationships across internal and external stakeholders, and be able to effectively communicate and gain buy-in with stakeholders and executivesDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelors degree or three or more years of work experienceExperience in Digital CX, digital marketing, or digital product management either in a business, agency, or consulting organizationKnowledge of digital technologies, products and services, and the overall digital ecosystemExperience using digital targeting and personalization systems and technologiesExperience in roles that require initiative to drive project funnels, tenacity to deliver results in a complex environment, and the ability to lead across many concurrent projectsBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered
