Corporate Legal Counsel

Experience Level: 8+ years Description: We are seeking a Senior Commercial Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. This role will focus on managing day-to-day commercial contract matters, providing legal advice, and drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. Over time, the responsibilities of this role will expand to cover additional areas of our business operations.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.Provide practical legal advice and support to various business units within the company.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.Stay up to date with changes in laws that affect the company's business.Over time, take on additional responsibilities which may include corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and other areas as needed.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar and in good standing.8+ years of experience in commercial contract law; prior experience with OEM/channel partners strongly preferredPrior work experience at AM100 law firmStrong understanding of contract law and commercial transactions.Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Compensation: The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 USD. Fiery considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
