The Organizational Practice Administrator will provide administrative, client engagement, and operational support for our leadership development and organizational interventions practice. Stagen serves members representing hundreds of companies, spanning diverse industries, and impacting thousands of employees, requiring a high level of care and versatility. This role reports directly to the Directors of the Organizational Development Practice.Job Responsibilities:Administrative Support (45%):Manage calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate meetings across internal and external stakeholdersServe as a point of contact for internal and client-facing communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-upsOrganize and prepare for executive presentations, reports, and client-facing materialsOversee travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical needsHandle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismSupport ad-hoc projects, such as event planning, internal initiatives, or client-facing program logisticsClient Engagement/Relationship Management (40%):Partner with the leaders to ensure a high-context, relationship-based approach to clients and prospectsSupport the execution of our organizational intervention methodologyEnsure engagement touchpoints are high-touch, highly personalized interactions that align with the company's commitment to care and participatory collaborationSupport team in managing complex, multi-year organizational engagements, ensuring success through collaboration, feedback loops, and iterative improvementsPractice Management (10%):Coordinate Quarterly Engagement Reviews (QER) with internal stakeholders and Quarterly Development Reviews (QDR) with client teamsSupport the management of Letters of Engagement (LOEs), and Delivery Work Orders (DWOs)Maintain and track progress across Salesforce opportunity types and ensure alignment with engagement stagesStrategic Operations (5%):Act as a liaison for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's design principles, engagement principles, and delivery methodologies.Support the execution and documentation of organizational processes, including client engagement workflows and project tracking in Asana to ensure consistent excellenceRequired Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail and follow throughExceptional communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skillsProficiency with MS Office Suite and SalesforceAbility to balance delivery of results, problem solving, and client/engagement/project managementPrior administration experience ( 5 Years)Ability to work under pressureUndergraduate DegreePreferred Qualifications:Proficiency with Asana (Project Management software)An interest in adult development modelsDisclaimer: Stagen Leadership Academy is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, veteran status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status or disability (in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act) with respect to employment opportunities.
