We believe our unique combination of user-friendly technology and customer-focused corporate team provides the best of both app platform and small firm staffing approaches.A Day in the Life:A Staffing Coordinator will build and maintain relationships with clients (healthcare facilities) and perform sales activities to generate new business. They oversee clinical staff and match them to appropriate work opportunities with clients. Communication, problem solving, time management and prioritization skills are key to success. A Staffing Coordinator has autonomy in their role and is encouraged to explore creative solutions to meet objectives. The role reports to an Area or Market Manager who empowers a team of Staffing Coordinators to win their assigned geographic markets. They are doers and problem-solvers with grit and a positive attitude. Each day is different, and our Staffing Coordinators are constantly pivoting to fill top open orders and increase the number of shifts they fill. Ideal candidates are analytical, outgoing, competitive, and energized by meeting performance targets.The role is a full-time, exempt position (100% onsite in our Lake Mary, Florida office, and our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
