We're seeking a dedicated and dynamic Spa Manager to lead our team with passion, integrity, and professionalism.Role DescriptionThe Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Spa Haus Nashville to ensure a seamless guest experience, foster team collaboration, and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership, a focus on team development, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Spa Manager must be a self-starter and very reliable. This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Manager at Spa Haus Nashville in Nashville, TN. The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and promoting spa services to enhance client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Daily ManagementHandle employee issues, including late call-outs.Oversee cleanliness and spa organization with daily walkthroughs.Manage appointment books and that books are maximized.Respond to client complaints and remedy any issues.Lead team motivation with regular check-ins and open communication.Operations & Customer Experience Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the spa.Build rapport with clients through direct interaction.Manage inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.Manage the front desk and booking systems, ensuring all appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently.Oversee cleanliness and presentation of the spa, ensuring all areas meet high standards.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.Uphold and enforce the spa's policies, including the 24-hour cancellation policy.Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk staff.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.Address staffing issues, including call-outs, with empathy while maintaining business operations.Support staff morale and cultivate a positive work environment.Sales & Business Growth Assist in driving revenue through service sales, retail product sales, and promotions.Track and report key business metrics, including daily sales, client retention, and team performance.Collaborate with the owner to develop new promotions, partnerships, and initiatives to grow the business.Promote social media engagement by encouraging staff participation and sharing spa updates.Administrative Duties Manage staff time tracking.Handle inventory management and ordering of supplies.Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.Oversee compliance with all health, beauty board and safety regulations.Respond to emails, social media messages, and reviews promptly.QualificationsPrevious experience in a managerial role within the spa or hospitality industryStrong leadership, teamwork and organizational skillsAbility to manage conflict resolution with professionalism and care.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of spa treatments, products, and servicesProficiency in spa software and booking systems
