Together we champion creativity and build thoughtful experiences and content that solve business problems and bring brands to life.We are looking for an Account Director based in our NYC office to lead strategy and orchestration of execution for our client's brands while building plans and execution that deliver on brand growth KPI's. The Account Director will also lead day-to-day functions of client service management and brand strategy with a focus on managing the brand and client side-by-side, all while maintaining agency responsibilities of driving business growth, revenue growth, program and team profitability, team development, operations and fiscal management.Additionally, this role will positively contribute to making Invisible North's culture an envy of the industry, a studio that turns out jaw dropping creative and design and does so by upholding an inclusive, flexible and giving work environment. While our main office is located in DUMBO Brooklyn, we work as a distributed team with members reaching from Maine to LA, and everywhere in between. For this role, we do require that part of your time be spent collaborating with the team in-person in our Brooklyn office.This position is a contract role with the opportunity for full-time placement.Roles + Responsibilities Leadership Sets the bar by leading diplomatically with confidence and handling stressful situations with self-awareness and a calm, balanced demeanor that touches every level of the organizationProvides mentorshipActs as a talent championDrives and supports change management in a positive, efficient mannerClient RelationshipsKey partner able to manage and make recommendations to a high volume of complex, multiple clientsSeeks opportunities in the marketplace to gather information from various channels and stakeholders to develop comprehensive plansUtilizes knowledge of industry landscape and clients business to establish long-term objectives with clients, producing business models that drive our competitive advantage through innovationOwnership in delivering robust ROI presentations to clients that links to their business strategyFiscal Management Manages a large volume of business with multiple clients; accountable for revenue targets, EBITA and financial margins for BUShares responsibility for resource management and business targetsSupports creation of fiscal plans for BU & ClientsDevelops OGSM contentBusiness Development Responsible for new business growth and individual growth targetsDevelops a pipeline of potential new business through networking and external resourcesStrategic development for RFPs of new and existing clientsOperations Leadership with shared services to identify and find solutions for opportunities to minimize business disruptions and streamline processesSupports developing resourcing plans within the Business Unit; oversee multiple clients with a strategic lens which results in substantial pay-offIncreases financial acumen by taking responsibility for fiscal plans by client while being exposed to large amounts of financial details including EBITA, Margins, etc.Development of playbooks and best practices to implement in fieldMitigation of risk and liability of the organization as a wholeSkills + Qualifications Must have a minimum of 8-10 years of account management, client service and/or management experienceBased in NYC and able to work in-officeProven presentation and deck writing and developing skillsAbility to lead logistical and strategic RFP'sExperience and ability to build complex program budgets and manage both out of pocket spends as well as agency timeAbility to manage cross functional teams (ie.
