Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Sr Manager/Lead RTL Design at Quest Global in USA. The Sr Manager/Lead RTL Design will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks related to RTL design, ensuring the successful implementation of digital designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. You will be leading a System on Chip (SoC) team, responsible for the integration of multiple subsystems and IPs to produce high performance SoC products. You will be joining a team of passionate, industry leading developers, who are delivering the next generation of SoC ASICs.The personThe ideal candidate has experience in leading others by setting technical and managerial KPIs. Quest Global is seeking a passionate, collaborative leader with strong technical skills and the initiative to motivate an expert engineering team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead a high-performance engineering team of designers and verification engineersCreating design and verification specifications Deliver SoC level RTL designs for a variety of SoC productsDevelop verification environments, integrating required VIPs and creating test cases to confirm SoCExecute SoC DRCs and QoR checks mandated by customer's ASIC methodologyPlanning and coordination of needed integration tasks and schedules across multi-functional, multi-geo teams Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set time limit; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers. QualificationsExpertise in RTL Design, Digital Design, and EngineeringExperience in overseeing and managing complex design projectsProficiency in Verilog, System Verilog, and FPGA designStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to lead and mentor engineering teamsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or related fieldExperience in the aerospace, automotive, or semiconductor industry is a plus
