This role ensures the testing, maintenance and functionality of equipment, coordinates inventory management, and the smooth functioning of the shop.Areas of Responsibility:The responsibilities of the Shop Support include but are not limited to:Prepare equipment for field services and rentals. Prepare packing slips, calibration certificates and update asset tracking sheet as required. This includes pick up of rental equipment required for field services.Ensure shipping containers are clean and presentable prior to sending out equipment.Receive equipment from field services and rentals. Confirm all equipment has been received and update asset tracking sheet accordingly. Test equipment, log/tag and return to shop inventory.Track equipment that is on job, shipped to another office, in repair, and/or available, ensuring accurate and current records of all outbound and returned equipment.Identify damaged equipment for repair either within shop or with third party; update maintenance records as required.Coordinate tool repair with third party vendors. Request quotes for parts, repairs and rental equipment as required.Tool Maintenance - keep detailed maintenance records of repairs, cleaning, and testing. Ensure equipment is clean and presentable (e.g., no rust, paint is in good condition, equipment is clean with INTEGRA labels in place) before logging/tagging and returning to inventory.Assign serial numbers to new assets, engrave and update inventory records.Assist with shipping and receiving including setting up shipping using third party companies.Responsible for shop paperwork, including but not limited to shipping forms, rental forms, repair logs, maintenance tagging, maintenance logs, and inventory control.Maintain the cleanliness of the shop, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.Ensure vehicles are maintained and shop equipment is in working order. Book oil changes and services, maintain Service Records and ensure vehicles are clean and presentable before going to jobsite.Responsible for portable machining and bolting equipment testing and repairs (Hydraulic/ Pneumatic/Electrical).Maintain Equipment Calibrations for gauges/levels/power heads; book calibrations as needed.Expedite pick-up and delivery of tools, parts and equipment to job sites as required. This could involve travel out of town.Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:Must possess strong mechanical background and demonstrated knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures.Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent, technical college education preferred.Must be familiar with Hydraulic/Pneumatic/Electrical systems.Previous experience in small tool repairs an asset.Experience in shipping and receiving and inventory management an asset.Experience in portable machining and bolting equipment testing and repairs an asset.A positive attitude with demonstrated ability to work in a team.Strong work ethic with a demonstrated track record of accountability and reliability.Ability to perform a variety of complicated and detailed tasks.Proven experience working in an environment with existing processes, with an ability to implement new practices in support of a clean, efficient and organized shop.Demonstrated experience working under minimal Supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Must maintain a Valid Driver's License.Potential weekend work.Must successfully complete training for hydraulic pumps and nut runner and powerheads repairs.Will be required to complete INTEGRA Safety Training and demonstrate successful achievement through safe work practices.Job Type: Full-timePay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:On callOvertimeWeekends as neededWork Location: In person
