As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager.Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and promoting our brand and products through strategic marketing initiatives. As a member of our dynamic marketing team, you will assist in the strategy and execution of digital campaigns, product content, tradeshows, and social media channels. The ideal candidate will excel at balancing strategic planning while also producing marketing communications, content creation, and collateral development to elevate brand impact and engagement. You will be working in collaboration with our global marketing and sales teams, and report to the Director of U.S. Marketing. This position will be in-office Monday-Friday at our U.S. headquarters located in Waukegan, Illinois. Key Responsibilities Support the Director of U.S. Marketing in designing, developing, and implementing marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns in support of sales initiatives and company goalsCollaborate with our sales team to provide them impactful sales collateral, client presentations, price lists, and product informationManage, coordinate, and execute regional, national, and global tradeshow schedules and post-event follow-ups while also managing the budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROIMonitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actional insights and recommendations for improvementResearch and analyze our competition and market trends to optimize and implement marketing initiatives in order to share key insightsAssist in developing and managing a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to each platform while monitoring and engaging with followers to build relationships and brand advocacyHelp in the production of high-quality design assets and execute layouts, typography, imagery, and visual compositions for both digital and print formatsWork closely with the Director of U.S. Marketing to develop and manage quarterly and monthly budgets for various marketing channelsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the manufacturing industryExperience managing and creating content for multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.Expertise in industry-standard tools for content creation, video editing, social media management, and email marketing in order to drive effective branding and marketing initiativesProven success in using data to shape strategy and create compelling marketing contentExperience in creating and executing full marketing plans, including tracking and measuring outcomesCompensation Competitive salary based on experienceHealth insurance with an employer contribution of $300 per monthSimple IRA with employer match up to 3%16 days of paid time off in addition to 11 paid holidays per calendar year
