Merchandising Operations Manager

Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Merchandising Operations Manager to join their team! This position is located in Frisco, Texas.Duties:Drive operational strategies and activities that enable the delivery of all retail merchandising projects to the field, including project tracking, production, distribution, fulfillment, systems maintenance, and managementBuild planograms from visual merchandising guidelines and ensure store teams have accurate information for in-store marketing and merchandisingManage the merchandising readiness plan for product, offer, and service launches, including strategy, schedule, distribution, warehousing, inventory management, communication, and trainingProactively communicate the overall merchandising readiness plan and project status while driving resolution for any roadblocks to launchProvide in-store marketing and merchandising issue escalation support, including troubleshooting, implementing solutions, and fixesCollaborate with key partners, including Visual Merchandising and Merchandising Planning ManagersMonitor, track, and manage merchandising complianceOptimize operational budgets to drive efficiencies and cost savingsDesired Skills/Experience:3+ years of relevant experience requiredExpertise in planogram software, including the ability to input timely and accurate informationComprehensive understanding of the intricacies and differences of various store formatsStrong skills in operational strategies, project tracking, and managementExperience managing operational budgets, including invoicing, forecasting, tracking, and reportingBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered
