This role will cover both brands, truly offering the best of both worlds.Job Description:We are seeking a Senior Allocation Analyst to ensure the timely delivery and precise allocation of goods to our fulfillment centers. Reporting to the Sr Planning & Allocation Manager, the Senior Allocation Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute departmental strategies. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive allocation plans from start to finish - including inventory analysis, strategy development, optimization, and execution - to ensure products are in the right place at the right time. The Senior Allocation Analyst will gain exposure to various business areas, including inventory management, supply chain operations, and demand planning.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective inventory allocation strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.Monitor inventory levels and sales trends to make timely and accurate allocation decisions.Monitor and manage inventory flow to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts at Amazon.Analyze sales data and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.Maintain shipping budget in alignment with company margin goals.Manage the communication of allocation plans and strategies to vendors and our internal warehouse to ensure on time delivery.Manage the data entry workflows into our internal inventory system to ensure accuracy across reporting and teams.Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.Assist in management of reports across operational teamsKey Skills:Motivated to ideate and solve problems - we reward and encourage active participationHighly detail oriented - recognize potential issues at first glance + take copious notes on outstanding projectsBecome a master of the trade - know everything there is to know about our allocation strategy, freight process + domestic replenishment programAbility to manage multiple timelines - be able to switch gears from allocating internationally to domestically across 600+ skus and multiple POs at any given timeHighly proficient in excelHybrid position: 3 days in office (Tues - Thurs) for first 2 months, 2 days in office after first two months (Tues + Thurs)Hours: M:8-6, T: 9-4, W: 8-6, TR:9-4.
