This role combines strategic financial leadership with data-driven decision-making capabilities, overseeing the development and execution of sophisticated financial models and business intelligence solutions. Reporting to the SVP of FP&A and working cross functionally with key senior stakeholders, this position will drive financial strategy while leveraging advanced analytics to enhance business performance. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial LeadershipSupport the development and management of the company's annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plansSet and execute data-driven financial strategies that align with overall company objectivesProvide strategic financial analysis and actionable insights to senior management and the Board of DirectorsDrive financial performance management through advanced analytics and KPI monitoringPartner with business unit leaders to align financial planning with strategic objectivesAdvanced Analytics & Business IntelligenceDevelop and implement sophisticated financial models and analytics frameworks to analyze business performance, profitability, and strategic opportunitiesLead the integration of advanced analytics and AI into the finance function to improve decision-making and forecasting accuracyDesign and maintain comprehensive KPI dashboards to monitor financial health and performance metricsDrive the development of predictive analytics capabilities to enhance forecasting accuracyChampion the implementation of advanced financial tools and technologiesFinancial Analysis & ReportingOversee the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analysis for executive leadershipConduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesLead quarterly and annual financial performance reviewsSupport M&A activities with detailed financial analysis and due diligenceTeam Leadership & Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with a high-performing team of FP&A and business intelligence professionalsFoster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learningPromote cross-functional communication between finance, business intelligence, and IT teamsPartner with department leaders to drive operational efficiencies and strategic initiativesServe as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial strategy and performanceProcess Improvement & InnovationLead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial planning and reportingSpearhead the implementation of automation and advanced analytics toolsDrive continuous improvement in data quality, accessibility, and integrationOptimize financial systems and processes to support scalable growthRequired CompetenciesStrategic Financial Vision: Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategiesAdvanced Analytics Expertise: Deep understanding of financial modeling, data analytics, and business intelligence toolsLeadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsBusiness Partnership: Strong relationship-building skills with ability to influence senior stakeholdersTechnical Proficiency: Experience with advanced financial systems, BI tools, and analytics platformsInnovation Mindset: Forward-thinking approach to leveraging technology and dataCommunication Mastery: Exceptional ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiencesChange Management: Experience leading technological and process transformation initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with significant exposure to business intelligence and analyticsDemonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex financial processesStrong technical background in financial systems, BI tools, and advanced analytics platformsTrack record of implementing data-driven solutions to drive business performanceExcellence in strategic planning, financial modeling, and performance analysisWe welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes.
