More details are to be shared during the interview process.About the Role We seek an exceptional Senior HR Operations Analyst reporting to Global Human Resources Vice President. This role will execute all HR operational activities, drive continuous improvements, and lead new and existing programs and project deliverables related to HR systems, HR analytics, benefits, and compensation.Responsibilities Work closely with the Head of HR to analyze existing technology platforms, identify the technology gaps, review other system offerings, propose the system platform, and lead the implementation of a new HRIS system.Maintain, support, and enhance the HR systems, including but not limited to HRIS, Payroll, Performance Systems, Online Storage systems, Benefits, and LMS.Troubleshoot any system issues and make sure the proper parties are involved in resolving the problem.Provide functional support regarding inquiries, errors, and data issues. Assist team members and users of information systems associated with HR systems by investigating problems and resolving or providing detailed recommendations or resolutions.Manage and deliver HR projects promptly. Work with the HR team during planning, development, testing, and rollout of performance reviews, onboarding, merit increase, open enrollment, and other projects.Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities in the HR process related to employee and candidate experience.Develop an internal knowledge base and process documentation. Conduct system training including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Ensure data integrity of the system. Apply change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.Lead all compliance-related Audits, including but not limited to 401(K), EEO-1, CA Pay Data Reporting, etc.Create and support a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
