Equity Derivatives Flow Sales

My client, a US-based investment bank with offices across the U.S is looking to add multiple Equity Derivatives Salespeople to their growing desk. They have their own established, well-known derivative product with a very solid track record. They are looking for listed options salespeople with 5+ years of experience. They have a unique first-year compensation structure. You will report directly into the Head of Equity Derivatives at the firm. They operate on a hybrid work schedule and the role can be based in NY, CT, or may be open to remote. Responsibilities:Develop, grow, and maintain relationships within the industryWork directly with Institutional clients providing derivative solutions and executionBe primary coverage for accounts you bring overRequirements:5+ years of relevant experiencePrior sales experience and book of business within the Institutional Equity Derivatives space (ideally Hedge Funds)Bachelor's Degree requiredStrong interest in financial markets/economics and extensive knowledge of the equity derivatives market
