Hybrid Details: Onsite at least once a weekDuration: 11 months to startJob DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic junior Digital Business Analyst to join our Product team, where you'll play a pivotal role in identifying business needs and developing digital solutions that drive results.As a Jr. Digital Business Analyst, you will assist the Sr. Product owner to gather requirements, partner with the UX team to shape user-friendly front-end designs, and serve as the critical liaison between Product and IT.Your work will enable seamless communication and clarity throughout the development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify and define business needs clearly.Translate business needs into detailed business requirement documents for front-end web solutions, ensuring alignment with developer coding requirements and Quality Assurance testing needs.Write user stories and acceptance criteria in Gherkin syntax for planning and tracking within Agile frameworks.Manage and communicate effectively with the team of both internal and external business partnersManage project requirements in Jira and ensure backlog refinement with Product Owners.Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and delivery teams to clarify requirements, enabling accurate story estimation and prioritization.Work with Project Managers to align delivery commitments and ensure on-time, high-quality results.Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against documented requirements.Work independently to manage and prioritize tasks, meeting deadlines effectively.Qualifications2+ years of experience writing requirements for Web/Java development or e-commerce platforms.2+ years of experience working in Agile or Scrum teams, with a strong understanding of iterative development practices.Hands-on experience writing acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax (Given/When/Then format) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
