Job Title: Associate Attorney - Personal InjuryJob Location: Forest Hills, NY 11375Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law, excellent litigation skills, and a passion for advocating for injured clients.Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of personal injury claims, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.Interview clients, gather evidence, and prepare case files.Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.Represent clients in court proceedings.Advise clients on legal options and strategies.Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client service.Stay abreast of legal developments in personal injury law.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active bar admission in NY State.Minimum 2+ years of experience from a small/midsize Plaintiff Personal Injury firm in Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Nassau County.Strong understanding of personal injury law principles, including negligence, causation, and damages.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Passion for advocating for injured clients.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Supportive and collaborative work environment.If you are a driven and have demonstrated results as an Associate Attorney at a personal injury law firm in NY, we encourage you to apply.
