We have an opportunity for a bright and motivated Paralegal to join a leading investment firm. The ideal candidate will have experience providing legal support in a fast-paced, corporate environment, assisting with regulatory compliance, corporate governance, due diligence, and document preparation for transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and filingsAssist with regulatory and compliance mattersConduct legal research and due diligence for investment transactionsOrganize and maintain case files, legal records, and documentationCoordinate with internal teams and external legal counselQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in a corporate or investment-related legal environmentStrong understanding of investment law and regulationsExcellent research, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesWhat we offer:$80,000 - 90,000 base salaryCompetitive benefits package offeringsBeautiful office space with flexible work environment Working directly with c-suite executives at the firm
