Account Executive - RemoteCincinnati, OH Must reside in the Cincinnati area ISC's team of Sales Recruiters is partnering with a thriving Healthcare Solutions company to identify an experienced and successful Account Executive in the Cincinnati area to work remotely.The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales, account management, and customer satisfaction for a 7-state territory. They will build relationships to grow new and repeat business, achieve profitable sales growth goals, be proactive with portfolio management, and represent client needs. This position is 50% new business development and 50% account management.Account Executive Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred3+ years of Sales experience - medical field preferredStrong background of sales trainingProven successful background and documented track record of hitting quotasPlanning, forecasting, negotiation, presentation, and customer service experienceWork independently, analytical, organized, strong business intelligence, and exceptional time management skillsAbility to travel in the assigned territory (average 4-5 overnights per month)Territory management a plusHigh energy, positive, adaptable, composed, tenacious, and innovativeAccount Executive - our client offers:Collaborative, innovative, and passionate team who is there to help you succeed and growWell-established, stable, and successful company$60k base, $135k at plan, up to $190k first year; Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401k, PTO, EAP, FSA, Wellness Program, and Auto, Home, and Pet Insurance plans offeredAccount Executive Responsibilities:Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closeWork closely with leadership to create and implement sales strategiesDetermine market potential in assigned territory - ensure results are achieved by assessing pipeline, forecast, and quotaPre-call planning process, call execution, presentations, and follow-upUtilize sales tools to manage sales against forecastUncover additional revenue and opportunities in current accountsFacilitate customer contract renewalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customersCreate, prepare, and deliver customer business reviewsCoordinate with internal and external contacts to manage projectsUnderstand the clinical, financial, and regulatory challenges of customersWork cross-functionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
