Description Anatol Equipment Manufacturing Co. is a growing international company that manufactures cutting-edge equipment for the textile screen printing industry. Anatol Equipment Manufacturing Co. is headquartered in Waukegan, Illinois. We are looking for a top-producing sales professional with a proven track record of success to join our sales team in our Waukegan office.Requirements We are looking for a top producer with a documented track record of three or more years of sales experience. Capital equipment sales in a B2B environment is a plus. Inside/outside sales and strong phone experience is required. The candidate must be energetic, goal-driven and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality with the ability to quickly and comfortably build rapport with customers.Key Responsibilities Manage, develop and grow business in a multi-state territoryUtilize proven sales tactics and business savvy techniques to overcome gatekeeper objectionsIdentify prospects by utilizing creative lead generation techniquesAbility to uncover business needs, influence others and position the appropriate product for prospects' businessesMeet and exceed monthly sales targetsGenerate organic growth from existing accountsDevelop and support a dealer network within the territoryOrganize and staff key trade shows in the assigned territoryThe individual is required to work from our office in Waukegan, IL, Monday through Friday Up to 25% travel requiredQualifications Demonstrated 3+ years of successful sales experienceExperience selling big-ticket or capital equipment is preferableAdept at closing new business and managing existing accountsStrong consultative sales backgroundProven track record of quantifiable sales accomplishmentsExcellent phone skills required with good verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skillsHigh energy and results-driven personalityStrong organization and time management skillsCompensation Base salary plus uncapped commissionHealth insurance with an employer contribution of $300 per monthSimple IRA with employer match up to 3%16 days of paid time off in addition to 11 paid holidays per calendar year
