Executive Security Officer (ESO)Location: New YorkAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Security Officer (ESO) to join our team. This armed professional will be responsible for maintaining safety and security across a campus and its satellite locations, ensuring the highest standards of protection for people and property.Key Responsibilities:Respond to active or perceived threats across the campus with an appropriate level of force, including lethal force, if necessary.Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of security and safety services across the campus and satellite locations.Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Support Corporate Security with the implementation of local projects and change management initiatives.Manage and oversee daily security operations, ensuring the client's security team operates efficiently and fulfills its protection responsibilities.Develop, train, and prepare local teams on Emergency Response Procedures and Incident Response Plans, ensuring protocols are clearly understood and practiced through drills and exercises.Qualifications:Law Enforcement, Military, or Executive Protection experience is preferred.Must hold a valid New York Armed Guard license.Strong leadership and operational management skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Experience in emergency response planning and team training is a plus.
