This role requires working experience with Microsoft Dynamics. The client implemented Dynamics a few years ago and is very vanilla/out of the box. They are trying to optimize the product to better suite their needs and usability. This project specifically is for internal staff / internal documents.Ideal candidate will have strong UI / UX design skills and be proficient in prototyping.Musts:UI/UX Designer - 5+ yearsexperience working on Microsoft DynamicsOnsite Tue-Thur weeklyPlus:Any experience with CopilotFrom the client:Leads user interface design services. Develops and executes interface design solutionsrelated to the user experience. Partners with teams across the division in defining andcommunicating the design direction.Core ResponsibilitiesProvides senior level user interface (UI) design services, including designing highlyusable web page/site layout, navigation, and content elements while maximizing systemperformance. Provides UI services to project team members. Translates businessrequirements and user needs into UI designs.Works in partnership with cross-departmental teams and business leaders. Takes intoaccount every aspect of the user's experience, with business and marketing goals, tocoordinate and deliver design, prototype, and documentation, to the highest possiblestandards. Has advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles, visual design,user behavior, interactions, and Vanguard's brand.Uses a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improvethe user experience. Analyzes data and user feedback in order to make critical designdecisions. Utilizes technical knowledge to produce achievable and eYicient solutions.Presents design solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, andstakeholders. Recommends improvements in UI design elements that enable internalbusiness partners to achieve their goals.Facilitates and presents at design reviews. Presents story boards regarding UI designelements.Tests UI design as it's developed to ensure pages project desired look and feel.Recommends improvements in web functionality, navigation, and UI design elements.Serves as an informal functional tester for web UI design projects.Trains and mentors junior staff in best practices of user experience design. Providesguidance, training, and motivation.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications• Five years related work experience.• Experience designing experiences in Microsoft Dynamics
