We're a team of 6 based in Oak Brook, IL and service companies across the US. About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will focus on retained search engagements and will require expertise in both full-cycle recruiting and account management. As an Executive Recruiter at TekPro, you will work with clients to place managerial, director, VP, and C-Suite talent within the manufacturing and construction industries.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who thrives on building relationships, managing high-stakes searches, and delivering exceptional results for both clients and candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment:Source, screen, and engage with high-caliber candidates at the manager, director, VP, and C-Suite levels.Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.Manage candidate presentations, client interviews, and offer negotiations.Account Management & Business Development:Oversee multiple retained search engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of top candidates.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the search process, providing regular updates and feedback.Expand TekPro's network by cultivating relationships with industry leaders, passive candidates, and potential clients.Identify opportunities for new retained search engagements through strategic business development efforts.QualificationsExperience:Minimum 2-5 years of experience in executive recruiting with a focus on retained search.Demonstrated success placing candidates in manager, director, VP, and C-Suite roles.Prior experience recruiting within the manufacturing and/or construction industries is highly preferred.What We OfferWe're open to hiring either an independent contractor or W-2 Employee with salary + benefits + commissionComprehensive benefits package, including BCBS PPO health plan, dental, vision, and 401(k) with 4% matchFlexible work environment with opportunities for remote work - would consider out-of-state employees that want to work remotelyAccess to cutting-edge recruiting tools and resources such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Professional, FactoryFix, and ZipRecruiter
