Property Maintenance EngineerAbout the CompanyA mid-market, established, profitable, multifamily real estate owner/operator in the Cleveland area, seeks to hire a Property Maintenance Engineer.About the Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will guide technical decisions for emergency maintenance events, large maintenance projects, and all significant required purchases. Working with company maintenance technicians you will be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate response is taken in emergencies and for decision-making in large project processes. While you will not be regularly playing the maintenance technician role you must stand ready in emergencies and when addressing maintenance issues.QualificationsQualifications require post-high school engineering education or compensating experience, and a broad range of experience in maintenance systems (HVAC/boiler systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, emergency power generation systems) and other building systems and machinery.
