As the Senior System Administrator (MSP Team), you will be relied on to provide solutions, recommendations and help support other team members as an escalation point to support, remediate, and recommend solutions and various technologies including but not limited to: Infrastructure,Domain Services, Network, Firewall's, VPN solutions, Backup and Recovery platforms, Cyber security, Cloud environments, Remote tools, etc. You will also be a key implementer of projects for these solutions.Senior System Administrator (MSP Team) Required Skills:Strong experience in Windows System Administration and SMB Network AdministrationStrong experience managing Microsoft 365Strong experience managing AzureExperience with virtual technologies such as VMware ESX, or Hyper-VStrong understanding of base concepts and protocols such as TCP, NAT, ARP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, VLAN, VPNAbility to perform end-to-end troubleshooting of issues, where the problem may lie in the storage, server, network or anywhere in betweenExperience configuring and managing switches and firewallsAbility to solve problems quickly and automate processes.Ability to quickly find solutions to unfamiliar problems (research skills).Ability to follow change controls and security procedures.Ability to research and learn new concepts and apply them to future projectsStrong interpersonal and communications skillsSenior System Administrator (MSP Team) Consultative Duties:Take lead on all client technical callsResponsible for plan client task/project roadmapsOrganize necessary resources to accomplish tasksWork with multiple departments to ensure all clients technical needs are metSenior System Administrator (MSP Team) Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with 3% company matchPartial WFH (2 days home, 3 days onsite)PTO and Paid HolidaysCertification reimbursementMileage ReimbursementInternal training program
