As a transforming company, we are continuously looking for positive, energetic, passionate people to join our team.About the Role Hyperion Solutions is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team, supporting the specific segments of our business including commercial. Service, repair and corporate teams. Reporting to the CHRO and ideally based in or near Dallas, TX, this position plays an integral part on the team by serving as a bridge between HR and operations, ensuring that people strategies contribute to the company's overall success, and leading the talent strategy across the organization.Responsibilities Employee Relations:Coach managers on people management and leadership, helping improve their team performance and develop their skillsProvide guidance on employee relations issuesTimely address complex employee issues, conflicts, and investigationsEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations, while balancing company policy and employee needsCulture & Engagement:Work to foster a positive organizational culture and ensure high levels of employee engagementLead or support initiatives related to DEI, employee recognition, and workplace satisfactionSupport the Voice of the Employee survey process including follow-up initiativesAssist in coordinating company-wide initiatives and meetings such as Culture Champions activities, training and coaching sessions, benefits open enrollment meetings, and community outreach initiativesSupport business leaders in driving organizational changes and partnering in change management initiativesTalent Acquisition & Management:Maintain and distribute weekly recruitment tracker to leadershipOversee the recruitment process cycle consisting of job postings, interview process, reference checks and overall fill time strategiesServe as the primary contact for preferred vendors and ensure compliance with new agency contractsServe as the primary contact for local school partnerships including internships and job posting advertisementsCoordinate new hire orientationsAssist with the Performance Management process including mid-year and annual reviews and presenting training on the processHelp develop and retain talent through maintaining IDPs and facilitating succession planning and leadership development programsPartner with managers to identify skills gaps and develop strategies to fill them, either through hiring or internal developmentStrategic Alignment:Collaborate with leadership to understand the business goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectivesAct as a consultant to leadership on HR related matters like workforce planning, talent management, and organizational designContribute to the quarterly HR scorecard's metricsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field required.PHR or SHRM certifications are a plus.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources required.Focused experience in Talent Management practices required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications required, experience with Paychex is a plus.Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.Bilingual Spanish language skills a plus.Required Skills Communicates effectively:Shares information with the team.
