We don't assign you work, and you're never under any obligation to take on work. You set the parameters of what you're looking for, and we try to match you with suitable clients and engagements.We are actively seeking SaaS and/or software licensing attorneys for temporary long-term engagements with several of our clients.Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and other commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, tech transfer agreements, partnership and distribution agreements, and joint development agreementsExperience providing advice on contractual issues, including limitations of liability, indemnification, IP ownership, confidentiality, warranties, and terminationAttorneys with experience on either or both the outbound (sales) side and/or inbound (procurement) side are neededPrior large law firm and in-house experience with a cloud-based/internet software company preferredAttorneys at all levels of practice are encouraged to apply, and we will contact you if your experience is a good fit for our client needs.
