Please read more about our culture here We Are Hiring for This Role:To design, develop, and optimize control systems for high-performance actuators, enabling precise and efficient motion in our humanoid robots.To lead the development of motor control strategies, ensuring seamless integration with hardware and software for maximum performance and reliability.To build scalable, robust, and efficient motion control algorithms for actuators, supporting the transition from prototypes to mass production.To enhance the capabilities of our robotics platform by pushing the boundaries of motor control, from torque optimization to advanced motion planning.What Kind of Person We Are Looking For:Extensive expertise in motor control systems, with a deep understanding of PMSM motor dynamics.Strong background in developing and implementing advanced motor control algorithms, such as FOC, torque vectoring, or sensorless control.Proficient in control system design, including PID tuning, state-space modeling, and adaptive control techniques.Experience with integrating motor control firmware and hardware for high-precision robotics or automation applications.Skilled in optimizing control algorithms for real-time performance on embedded platforms, including microcontrollers, DSPs, or FPGAs.Familiarity with system-level trade-offs in motor control, including thermal management, power efficiency, and mechanical dynamics.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging motor control systems using tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and current sensors.Strong collaboration skills to work across software, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration of motor control systems into robotics platforms.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in motor control engineering or related fields, with a track record of delivering production-ready systems.Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.BenefitsWe provide market standard benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k, etc.).
